Blessed Life of Senior Citizen
A school teacher asked the students to write about what they wanted to become in life - and what they did not want to become.
One little child’s joyful imagination about becoming a Senior Citizen truly brings a smile to the face. 😊
😹 The child says:
“I don’t want to become a President,
nor a Doctor,
nor a Scientist…
none of these.
My biggest dream is to become a Senior Citizen in the future — because that seems the most fun!
Because my Grandfather —
😹 can wake up late in the morning,
😹 take afternoon naps,
😹 watch TV and sleep early in the evening.
😹 No homework, no summer or winter vacation assignments, and no tuition classes.
😹 If there’s no work, he can sit under a tree and enjoy the cool breeze, or go to the park and play chess with someone.
😹 No one cares how long he plays video games.
😹 Coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon,milk in the evening — pure enjoyment!
😹 Free travel on buses, and sometimes kind people even offer him a seat.
😹 Half tickets on high-speed trains and while watching movies.
😹 He can eat whatever he wants - no one stops him because Grandpa lives independently.
😹 He can do whatever he likes - sing songs, dance, paint, play the piano, play the trumpet, climb mountains, or go trekking.
😹 If he has money in his pocket, he can even go travelling.
😀 Becoming a Senior Citizen is truly amazing!” 😄

Sometimes, Senior Citizens themselves do not realize how blessed, experienced, and free they truly are.
